I took him fishing sunday and he caught this one, he set the hook like a pro, no better feeling then teaching your kid how to fish, I just have to let him know they are not all this nice, Matt

I remember very well my first few bass I caught from our local pongds, and the feeling of sucess after that "magic" bait I'd find in my Dad's tackle box worked out... Those were special times, I'm glad to see the tradition carrying on...

Awesome picture, thanks for sharing. Gotta love a guy that teaches his kid how to fish. Great hat, great shades, love the pose and the cigar is awesome.

Looking good Matt now throw him the keys to the mirage so he can blow the dust off it on tarpon this weekend :D
Call me, should be a few boats out this weekend come down and ride
awesome fish, and it truly is a great experience to teach a little one. even better memories you are creating when he looks back at his childhood one day. :) my daughter just turned 4 and we fish frequently.

the cool thing is we are fishing out of my late grandfathers boat that I fished with him in as a teen and caught my 10+lb wall mount out of, he taught me to fish, my dad was not much of a fisherman, grandpa took all us boys fishing from 5 years old on up, he passed 2 years ago at 95 and I know he would be so proud of the fish Cade caught, Matt
p.s. Kevin shoot me your number my old phone took a crap and I lost the #
